We will walk through the property with the homeowner and provide recommendations, ideas and options for colors, textures, fixtures and designs.
Vacant Staging - Prices vary
We will work with the owner or agent in advance to determine the best rooms to stage for maximum impact.
We will deliver and install furnishings, art, and decor items designed and chosen to make each room look it's best, accenting features and spaces.
Our goal is to help potential buyers see how the house could be the place they call home.
4 Hour Occupied Redesign $400
8 hour Occupied Redesign $750
We'll spend 4 or 8 hours in your home, rearranging what you already have to make your home look its very best. Staging is all about making your home look spacious and inviting, which often means removing oversized furniture, outdated treatments and personal memorabilia. Don't worry, you can put them all in your new home before you know it!
We will rearrange furniture to improve flow, and freshen up your entire look using your belongings.
We can also provide you with some of our staging items if needed to complete the look. Prices for additional items available upon request.
We recommend the owner have storage space, boxes and packing materials on hand to store any unused items.
